Feature:P1 wipes are made of 75D 100% high strength Polyester fibre, cross kintted to form no-run interlocking pattern. They are uniform in thickness, netted structure, better in adsorbing dust particles and locking them in. It exhibits good resistance to abrasion under rigorous use or when wiping rough surfaces. P1 can be used alone, and can be used together with reagents to achieve better cleaning results. It weighs 145gsm.
P3 wipes uses the same excellent yarn as P1 wipes, 75D 100% virgin grade Polyester fibre. It has uniform thickness, double jersey interlock structure. Very good at picking up micro dust particles and locking them. It has a softer feel as it weighs only 120gsm and is excellent in wiping more delicate products. The kind of wipe can be used alone, and can be used together with reagents to achieve better clean results.
P3 is more closely knitted than the P2, can adsorb more dust, achieve better cleaning results. It also comes with Laser or Ultrasonic edges.

Size Selection and Package:
We designed three class to adapt the different levels requirement of cleanroom, with both Laser as well as Ultrasonic sealed edges. Platinum used in class 1-10, Gold used in Class 100, Silver used is Class 1000-100,000. Users can choose to use as needed.
